Pangolin. This mammal is covered head to tail in scales! They lack teeth but have a long sticky tongue that’s perfect for lapping up ants and termites. When threatened, they curl up into a ball and the overlapping scales act as armor. Pangolins are considered one of the most illegally traded animals in the world.
