As promised, here’s some of my glute activation exercises. I started with a 5 minute steady state on the stair master, focusing on digging in through my heels. *These are done before I lift legs* -

🔸Diagonal kickbacks x 10 each leg
🔸Squat walks (5 each way)
🔸Standard Standing kickbacks x10 was leg
🔸Glute Bridges x10-15
🔸Knee Push-outs in glute bridge x10 (I made that name up, if anyone has a better name for it please drop it below lmao)
