#Europa, I don’t think I ever posted this picture because I was so self conscious about my acne. I struggled with acne in the middle of my eyebrows for MONTHS. It didn’t start to really go away until I reduced my stress and changed my soap. -
Reducing my stress was much harder than changing my soap lmaooo. More self care, more deep breaths, less caffeine 😫 (probably the hardest), and making sure to get ashwagandha every day. -

I now use Dr. Bronner’s Castile Soap. I’ve been using it for about 6 months and I think it’s helped a lot. It’s all natural and has no chemicals so my skin responds nicely to it. -
For face wash and moisturizer pre and post workout, I use
@freskincare . I make sure to take care of my skin, especially around my workout where I’m the sweatiest and it’s really helped. -
