Legs today 🍑 I put a lot of focus on activating my glutes before starting my main lifts. I used a resistance band and did some body weight exercises until I could feel them activated. This is really important and helpful if you have trouble feeling your glutes when you’re doing your main lifts. (Would it be helpful if I posted a video of glute activation exercises? I also used a lacrosse ball to roll out my tight calf (which causes my ankle pain 😩) and it’s a life changer - thank you again
