Happy Hump Day 🎉💃🏼 A rare selfie just because. . I didn’t workout for the last 4 days but I’m back at it today with chest, shoulders and tris ☺️ . Currently I’m working on fueling my brain 🧠 lol I have been soooo mentally drained after work that it’s been hard for me to focus on school. Thanks everyone for the tips. Here’s some of the things I’m gonna try that were suggested to me: . 🔹 Eat nutritious WHOLE foods - @ladybro_keelygoshia recommended more avocados 😍🥑 🔹Prioritize sleep 6-8 hours 🔹Micromanage yourself 🔹HYDRATE 🔹Coffee (duhhhh 😍🤤😍) .
