Two weeks progress of tracking macros and changing up the intensity of my workouts but taking more rest! What I’ve changed:
▪️Starting tracking my food and weighing out portion sizes and being aware of carbs, fats and protein (aka counting macros)
▪️DRINKING MORE WATER, in the worst at this but it helps so much! Around a gallon a day for me right now. ▪️Changed up my workouts - with the
#litandfitchallenge, I’m doing exercises I normally wouldn’t (some that suck more hahaha) and it’s challenging me! ▪️Incorporating more rest. I have lifted 4 days a week and rested 3 which is a change for me! I feel better recovery and less stress. 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉
Feeling pretty good so far! (P.s. there’s a 1lbs difference between. 140.6 at 5’4” on the right.)
