Today 😌❤️ 💪🏼 Here’s a reminder for you - 1 bad meal (even 2) is not going to ruin your progress. 1 rest day (or even 3!) will not make you gain weight or hinder your progress. Starting the #litandfitchallenge challenge, I got a little anxious when I saw that the plan was only 4 days a week of lifting. I have always lifted 5 days a week. It took a little self talk to calm myself down 😂 and now, I really appreciate the extra day of rest and honestly helps me be less stressed! In the past, if I only lifted 4 days, I would beat myself up and feel as if I didn’t plan correctly or that I’m not putting in enough effort. It’s nice to have a plan that says “it’s okay to relax” 😌
