I am so proud of myself. SO SO SO SO SO PROUD. I keep talking about this and I’m not gonna stop. It has been extremely hard for me to make progress in the last 3 years without jumping into a prep (and that’s what I’d do to “fix my body fat”) . I have made this progress without have to track my food or be told what to do by a coach. . How did I do it?? I took a step back, de-stressed, reminded myself of ALLLL the tools I’ve learned about nutrition and training. I stopped ordering the worst thing off the menu when going out to eat (treating myself to the juiciest, greasiest, highest calorie item became a habit after incorporating cheat days in my diets). . I exercised because I WANTED to. Not cause I needed to. I had fun. Changed my mindset. I’m still learning :) and I’ve decided it’s time to start counting my macros again and challenging myself with joining a challenge which provides more accountability. 😌 I love learning, even as a coach myself-I love hiring a coach or learning from o...
