It’s very late but I’m just finishing my leg workout 😅 it’s the hardest I’ve worked these drumsticks in a whillleeeeeee. #LitandFitChallenge . Today I was so happy and touched and humored when my sister sent me a picture of her calluses on her hand and said “These are on both my hands. Possibly from lifting?” 😂😂😂😂 so innocent. It feels so good to influence my baby sister in a positive way. It’s also so funny to relive all the questions and uncertainty that I experienced when first lifting. I love it so much. ❤️☺️
