After the Spider/Patriot Cross Country Classic, freshman Elizabeth Stockman (Rocky Hill, Conn.) earned her second Atlantic 10 Rookie of the Week award. Stockman led the Spiders on Saturday afternoon, competing against some of the top talent in the nation. - Stockman finished in fifth at the race at Pole Green Park Saturday. She ran a career-best 17:20.4 in the 5k, finishing as the second competitor from the a10conference 10 in a field that featured five teams from the conference.
