Freshman Kate Dickow (Lititz, Pa.) continued her phenomenal freshman season last Friday at the Pirate Invitational, hosted by East Carolina University. Dickow turned in an 11th place finish in the 6k race, setting a new career best time. For her efforts, Dickow was recognized as the Atlantic 10 Conference's Female Rookie of the Week.
