Freshman Kate Dickow (Lititz, Pa.) and senior Miles Clikeman (North Chesterfield, Va.) received weekly Atlantic 10 awards after their performances at the Spider Alumni Open last weekend in Mechanicsville. Dickow was named the A-10's Women's Rookie Performer of the Week, and Clikeman took home the A-10's Men's Co-Performer of the Week. - Clikeman, an Academic All A-10 honoree last year, turned in a career-performance Saturday morning. He ran the men's 5k competition in 15:15.2. He finished second in the race, and was five seconds ahead of the next closest competitor. This is the first weekly Performer of the Week award for the Spiders since Colleen Carney took home the honors on the women's side last season. - Dickow, competing in her first-ever cross country race, soundly outran all other competitors in the women's two-mile race, finishing in 11:09.2.
