Beau Jo's next to the University of Colorado campus...Known for the "challenge" which gives 2 people 1 hour to split a 14 POUND pizza! It's never been completed...the record is 8.5 pounds. Needless to say we will not be partaking of the challenge during our visit. BoulderUSAXC #xc #USAxc
