Our Spiders #xc teams had their first session at #PoleGreenPark located in Mechanicsville. It's one of the premier cross country courses in Virginia and where we host the 2014 USATF-VA XC Championships/Spider Alumni Open scheduled for next Friday (August 29 at 6:00pm).
