When I think of self care, I think about self awareness, taking time to evaluate your actions and say, You know what? I work 12 consecutive hours. This is not good. I always say yes. Even when I don't feel like it, or it's not something I want to do, or I'm tired of always saying, yes, there's so many ways to practice self care.
