A fasting nugget from morymartinez - We are halfway through our #mlcfast and I am reminded today why we should not always act or respond to difficult situations in our lives. Sometimes God wants us to do nothing but wait in silence and stillness on Him. And it's hard because it means we have to completely surrender our thoughts and plans, how WE think we are going to work out a situation, to His perfect plan and timing. So today don't be so quick to act, don't respond, don't move, choose instead to be still and wait on Him. Wait on the Lord; Be of good courage, And He shall strengthen your heart; Wait, I say, on the Lord!
