I had managed to get a pretty nasty cut on my heel two days prior, requiring an ER visit and a half dozen stitches directly on top of where my Achilles is, but thankfully not damaging it. So I was walking in slides, no socks, and a large bandage and wrap on my left foot. Suffice to say, it was an uncomfortable walk, but one that brought me several photos I’m quite happy with. It’s been a while since I’ve posted anything. Mostly because I’ve been spending every moment on my bike. That, combined with going a year posting a photo every single day proved to be draining.
