Sometimes (alright, a lot of the time) the prices can be a bit on the steep side, but the quality and the way the company stands behind that quality are freaking solid. Customer service is top notch and this dude backs that up 100%. Jordan and I swung by the LA pop-up shop Saturday afternoon with our friend Trib so I could check out the selection in person (and because the shop is super rad, we had swung by earlier this year when we were in town) and spoken with John then. We walked in this weekend and he asked how photo stuff was, remembered we were from Dallas, and definitely made the shopping experience that much better.
