Seeing Set Your Goals crush their set with songs new, old, and a rad little cover, was sick. Equally rad was getting to see Our Ethos performed with Chad doing his spot on the song live. New Found Glory got me into pop punk in my early youth, and Set Your Goals reminded me of how much I loved it in high school. Now, here I am, 9+ years after first listening to SYG and the two came together and did a song live that I can't help but crank up the stereo for whenever it comes on. It just speaks to so many things on so many little levels, for me personally, being involved in the music scene, and also the fact that I claim straight edge. Sometimes you just pick up your own personal anthems, and Our Ethos is definitely one of mine. So What?! gets going...
