I love waking up outside this time of year. The leaves are beginning to change and there’s a crispness in the air. But as much as things change, others stay the same #schmidtspartner Even when my home is in a tent, I always start my mornings the same way. Coffee, stretching, and some schmidtsnaturals (which was safely ensconced in locked 🐻 storage overnight) Fall is such a wonderful metaphor. That just like the leaves, we can drop the things that are not serving. Just like Schmidt’s left behind the aluminum salts, artificial fragrances, and parabens.
