A lot has happened this week. Schools are closed. I’m working from home. Cancelled plans. And a whole lot of uncertainty. A whole lot of feeling out of control. ⁣ ⁣ When I was in discover_sc I had plans to go fishing. The wind was extreme and my guide had to cancel. Ill just try to find some interesting trees, I said. I made a few turns and came upon this tree tunnel. I gasped. I drove through quietly, giving reverence to what was around and above me. ⁣ ⁣ These trees have seen a lot I thought. Imagine all of the people who have found themselves under the branches just like me. Things have changed, but they’re still here. They’re still beautiful. Still strong.
