Today is the eve of the feast of Epiphany! The children of Italy are preparing for La Befana to deliver gives throughout Italy the night of January 5th. La Befana is most associated with central Italy and Rome, where the Christmas market in Piazza Navona is known by her name. The Befana market sells toys, Christmas decorations, sweets, books and traditional food from the Lazio region.
