Going out on top: congrats to salisbury_xctf's Sydney Ruckel for smashing her own school record in the 5,000-meter run at last night's SWAT Meet. Ruckel's time of 17:51.03 was over 22 seconds better than the record she set last month. She will graduate SU as its school record holder in both the indoor and outdoor 5,000 meters, the indoor 3,000 meters and the outdoor 10,000 meters. #GoGulls | #d3tf | #championsweargold
