The next #SpringSeniorDay features seagullsoftball's, Kaleigh Edwards. An infielder from Frederick, Md., Edwards was selected to the All-CAC team following the 2019 season. She totaled 70 hits, 12 home runs, 44 RBIs, 44 runs scored, nine doubles with a .393 batting average, .434 on-base percentage and a .657 slugging percentage in her two seasons in a Salisbury uniform. Her favorite memory of being an SU student-athlete is “the feeling of pride that comes with being a Salisbury Sea Gull. I really cherished all the time I've got to spend with my teammates. I have countless amazing memories to look back on.” An exercise science and psychology major, Edwards plans on returning to SU to complete a master’s degree in Allied Health Physiology. After completing the program, she would like to combine her love for the body and mind to help serve and make an impact on my community.
