Moments before this, I was dying while doing HIIT on the stair master. AND THEN moments after this I received a text from @mshealthandfitness saying that I have been selected to compete in Ms. Health and Fitness 2017!!!!! 😭☺😭☺😭☺ I feel so blessed to just be competing with the other beautiful, strong women in my region.
