The blue pinwheels covering the lawn in front of the Founders Statue represent abused children in Tarrant County and help to raise awareness for Child Abuse Prevention Month.
The Pinwheel Project is sponsored by allianceforchildren_tarrant, tcu_coe, tcuharriscollege and the Karyn Purvis Institute of Child Development. #SilenceEndsHere #TCU #ChildAbusePrevention
