Dress rehearsals before race day!
As you train for the
#TCSNYCMarathon or another fall marathon, build a training strategy with the help of two NYRR events: the
#TCSNYCMarathon Training Series 12M on August 20 and 18M on October 2.
These events will help you learn how to race — focusing on lining up at the start, managing crowds, holding a steady pace and meeting the
#NYRRPaceTeam, taking water and gatoradeendurance or fuel with scienceinsport at aid stations, as well as recovery with hspecialsurgery at the 18M race.
