Getting ready for the evening run. It is like a ritual I always with 5 min Then 5 min light run 10 min flexibility and running drills Sometimes I do dynamic warm up, with is basically moving flexibility Then Going to main training, today is pyramid reps 1200m 2min off 1000m 2min off 800m 2min off 600m 2min off 400m 7min off And repeat After there is a 10min cold down 10 min flexibility I do this as well in the park where there is a flat space to be able to speed up and get good workout After rest and do stuff and have dinner runcroatia #werunzagreb #Mexico #mexicanrunner #runner #nyrr soycorredora ovejoperdido
