Sometimes I do dynamic warm up, with is basically moving flexibility
Then
Going to main training, today is pyramid reps

7min off
And repeat
After there is a 10min cold down
10 min flexibility
I do this as well in the park where there is a flat space to be able to speed up and get good workout
After rest and do stuff and have dinner
