Here is the part II of where I train.
While being in other places rather then home is important to be creative and try to fit your trainings wherever you are. At least for me is that what, I try to be strict and commit with my self when training for a big event.
In Miami I trained in the beach, in the city, in the track and some just jumped to the water to do some cross training with some swimming, and summer was very hot.
My schedule always go around by my activities so it depends what I have to do. If nothing comes up I train in the morning, very in the morning, but I may say my preferred time is in the evening after all my activities are done and the I have the time to train with no rush.
If the day was too hot I would go a gym and run in the treadmill. Weather plays a very important role, specially in hot and humid, if it very humid better to avoid and keep healthy.
