Happy #FundraisingFriday! Jillian is running for the Multiple Myeloma Research Foundation in honor of her friend's dad! "'Courage doesn't mean you don't get afraid. Courage means you don't let fear stop you' Only 2 weeks in and I am obsessed with this NYC Marathon training journey. With so much going on in life I let running get away from me and didn't enjoy the occasional run I did go on. These past two weeks have been an amazing mental journey. The support and encouragement I have gotten from others is helping to calm the nerves. I am taking this one day at a time, one run at a time, and one mile at a time. & going forward this is how I want my life to be - living in the moment each day - appreciating what is right in front of me rather than wasting time on problems I self-create. I don't want to be normal, I am meant for more than that. Destiny has more in store I am ready to build my future on brick at a time.
