Today is a very special day! It marks the release day of immortalizing my favorite piano in the entire world by taking recordings of it and turning it into a virtual instrument with Spitfire Audio. It’s the upright piano that I grew up with in Ramsey New Jersey, the piano where I started to write Ophelia on 10+ years ago, the piano that Donna was recorded on, not to mention the strings have never been changed which are over 50+ years old and the bridge is cracked, delivering an incredibly unique dirtbag sound.
