🎓 Graduate Student Spotlight 🎓 Lauren Fischer / Master of Science in Nutrition⁣ ⁣ “Hi! I’m Lauren Fischer!⁣ ⁣ I have grown so much over the past 6 years completing my undergrad in dietetics, Master’s in Clinical Nutrition and dietetic internship here at the University of Memphis. This journey has been unbelievably amazing and I am fulfilling a lifelong dream of becoming a registered dietitian. There were so many great experiences I was able to be a part of at the UofM like being the graduate assistant for the _healthyteachingkitchen_, completing clinical rotations at the Memphis VA and receiving funding for my applied project for hydroponic gardens. I love the diverse nature that dietetics offers and I am excited to be able utilize all the skills I have obtained in my future career in Nashville.⁣ ⁣ I have so many amazing people to thank who have helped me along this journey —⁣ ⁣ ✨ My husband, Lucas, and my mom for supporting, guiding and encouraging me every day for the past 6 years....
