Stoked on my first rides in the Prelims of the 2022 Freestyle Kayak World Championships in Nottingham, England 🇬🇧 I was able to sit ontop of the scoreboard for a bit, before some more of the phenomenal athletes took the top honors. I’ve made it on to the Quarterfinals and currently sitting in 14th. There is always room for improvement but also time to be proud of my progress. I was proud of my consistency and calm & collective paddling. 🤘 Now I get to cheer on the C1 paddles tomorrow along with my wife emilyjacksonkayak and all the K1 Women.
