Happy Father's Day to all the Dads of the world. I have been blessed to have many father figures in my life; my uncles, my Father-in-Law ( ericjacksonkayak ), my Pappy & my Opa, though I will always have my Dad ( troutmanrick ). These men have taught me many great lessons in life. Some advise I would ignore, only to learn the hard way, and then realized how wise my father and these influential men in my life truly are. As I have become a father, I try my hardest to fill the large shoes of these great men, and only know do I realize many of the lessons that I have been taught. I only wish that I can help teach my kids the lessons of determination, hard work, confidence, hustle, and simple joy of life that have been passed on to me. I hope I can share my love for the outdoors, the caring for our planet, and happiness I have for life with my children.
