Missing the time in my kayak this week. I have taken a week off due to my concussion last week. Honestly it been tough to just rest, who would have thought R&R would be so difficult? 🤔 It’s hard to lay down and not think of anything for days in end, though after a week I’m already starting to feel quite a bit better.
