Today is International Day of Women & Girls in Science. To celebrate, we are sharing pictures from wise_cu who features stories of women in science and engineering here at CU Boulder

“Hi, I’m Megan Claflin – over the summer I finished up my PhD at CU in the Ziemann lab. Now I’m a postdoc for Aerodyne Research, where I’m developing chromatography instrumentation to be used with Time-of-Flight mass spectrometers. Here – we’ve deployed my instrument for the first time, making indoor air measurements at the CU Athletics Center.” Thanks for sharing your research and instrument development, Megan! We’re looking forward to seeing the results from the ATHLETIC field campaign. While most of the campus is on Fall break, research continues! Go Buffs!”
