About 1 year and a month difference. I'd say another year of leg workouts and fueling my body with the right foods has done my body well. Progress takes time - I need to continue to remind myself this, it doesn't happen over night. Take it day by day...it feels like just yesterday I took that picture on the left and I was so proud of my weightloss (I was about 50lbs down) and now I'm proud of my physique improvements. I love fitness cause there's ALWAYS something to improve and ways to make yourself proud.
