🍁🏃🏼‍♀️Cross Country Athlete Profile🏃🏼‍♀️🍁 Meet Grace Bowen. Grace has been running since high school, but it always came secondary to other sports – a path that eventually led her to play lacrosse at Princeton. Upon graduation, she signed up for a charity spot in the 2014 NYC marathon. As her love for running grew, she decided to join NYC’s Dashing Whippets in 2017 where she found a home in the New York running community. Much of her success she credits to the fierce and fast women she has the privilege to train alongside. PRs: Mile: 4:58 5k: 17:18 10k: 35:46 Half Marathon: 79:30 Marathon: 2:44:45 Last year, Grace ran an OTQ at Philly in 2:44:45, and has only continued to improve. She claims to still be testing her distance preferences, but it seems to us that Grace finds success in whatever she tries.
