🍁🏃🏻‍♂️Cross Country Athlete Profile🏃🏻‍♂️🍁 Meet Tim Richard. Tim ran cross country and track & field at College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, MA. Since graduating, he’s moved up in distance and now focuses on the marathon. With races currently being cancelled left and right, Tim’s main goal is to stay motivated and ready for when racing can resume. He trains with fellow Trials of Miles competitor matthew.blunden in Destin, Florida. PRs: 5k: 14:47 Marathon: 2:25 Tim joined us this summer for Beat the Heat, but only made it as far as the semi-finals.
