🍁🏃🏼‍♀️Cross Country Athlete Profile🏃🏼‍♀️🍁 Meet Courtney Rouse. Hailing from Midland, MI, she began running in middle school. Between injuries, Courtney raced the 5k/10k for Illinois Tech. Since graduation, she’s stayed healthy and found success by moving up in distance – competing in triathlons, marathons, and 50ks. After this year’s Chicago Marathon was cancelled, she found herself at the track more and more. She’s excited to mix it up with a variety of distances as part of Cross Country this fall!
