It’s all come down to this, THE FINAL ROUND! In order to have qualified for the finals you had to run the 5k under 20:27. In Round 3 there were 6 competitors under 20:00, 5 at 19:15 or under, and 3 under 19:00!

In the Women’s Masters Division, 9 competitors will toe the line this week for a 2000 meter race (5 laps around the track).

We’ve ranked our final 9 competitors based on their performances from the first 3 rounds. Coming in at
#1 we have Kathleen Servidea katservidea who has thrown down the fastest time in EVERY ROUND (11:19, 5:23, and 18:33 for 2 miles, 1 mile, and 5k respectively). At
#2 we have Jacqueline Haggarty who has followed very closely (11:53, 5:24, and 18:39). Rounding out the top 3 is Catherine Kruppa cathkruppa who has gone 11:41, 5:31, and 19:09. But don’t sleep on Monica Diez or Karen Dunn strengthenyourstride who hold the 4 and 5 slots and have only missed the leaders by a few seconds in some rounds! ...
