How bad do you want it? - - - Do you really though? - - - You may be going to the gym everyday...but are you getting uncomfortable everyday? You might be eating clean but are you eating enough? Too much? You might be getting “enough” sleep....but are you getting 8 hours? Are you putting your body’s recovery as a top priority? Are you stretching? Or just watching tv at night? - - - You can talk the talk all you want but are you gonna walk the walk? So I ask again...how bad do you want it? Whatever it might be....to lose weight...to compete....to be in better shape....to be able to keep up with your kids...to get a health issue under control....whatever it might be you have to realize that change, real change, requires discomfort. There’s no way around it. - - - I get it life gets in the way. Jobs, kids, life, relationships, etc. But if you’re honest with yourself how disciplined are you?
