On a much more ~*real*~ note, we’ve seen a lot of fantastic lacrosse this season, athletes of every division giving their all #BloodSweatTears. It’s around this time that a lot of men and women, both at the collegiate and high school level, take the field in their school/program’s colors for the last time. Every journey’s different, with its own high’s and lows, and to those athletes who are finishing or have finished their last ride, the Yale/UVA seniors who’ve won themselves more time and the Duke/PennState who’s journey has come to an end, congratulations on your hard word and dedication. It’s a bittersweet moment for sure, just remember though this chapter is nearing its end, the sport will always be there.
