Olympian Kate Douglass, who won a bronze medal at the 2020 Summer Olympics (which took place in 2021 because of the pandemic), recently won a gold medal in the Women's 200m Individual Medley Final at the World Aquatics Championships in Qatar. #ThisIsVirginia The swimmer, who attends the University of Virginia in Charlottesville, also earned a world record title last year for the same style of race.
