HIGH PROTEIN CHOCOLATE PB CUPS! 🍫😋
If you have a sweet tooth but want a healthier option you need to try these! These are packed with protein, healthy fats and fiber and are sooo delicious!
What you need:
- 1 cup oats blended into flour
- 2 servings promix vanilla protein powder
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 4-5 tbsp water or almond milk
Topping:
- 1/4 cup dark choc chips
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- 2 tbsp crushed peanuts
How to:
- Blend oats into a fine flour
- Add oat flour, protein powder, peanut butter, maple syrup, and salt to a bowl and mix well
- Add a splash of water at a time and mix until a very thick dough forms
- Press the dough into a silicone muffin tray (or use paper liners so they don’t stick)
- Add chocolate chips and coconut oil to a microwave safe bowl and microwave for 30 seconds until melted. Stir until smooth then divide over the cups.
