Chiawa Camp is the pioneer safari operator in the Lower Zambezi National Park.
Back in 1989 we saw few animals and views were fleeting.
As founder members of Conservation Lower Zambezi and together with the National Parks Department a long and expensive journey commenced that has since resulted in the LZNP becoming one of Africa’s most prolific areas for wildlife.
And for some years now, at least for those in the know, a bucket-list photographic safari.
Did you know that LZNP was also the world’s first certified Carbon Neutral National Park, and that Chiawa Camp & Old Mondoro were the world’s first certified Carbon Neutral safari camps?
