Old news but good news for those who didn’t know, what safari aficionados have known for years. Our vision became reality long ago, where this area of spectacular beauty would once again be teeming with wildlife through responsible and sustainable eco tourism. Chiawa Camp is the pioneer safari operator in the Lower Zambezi National Park. Back in 1989 we saw few animals and views were fleeting. As founder members of Conservation Lower Zambezi and together with the National Parks Department a long and expensive journey commenced that has since resulted in the LZNP becoming one of Africa’s most prolific areas for wildlife.
