Chiawa Camp’s resident female leopard kills one of our resident bushbuck in camp at 6am. Yesterday morning our team found the remains of a bushbuck killed by the dining area in camp. A check on the trail cam reveals the leopardess seconds before the kill! Another camera was set up and we had her return and take the kill up a tree in the afternoon; and then in the evening with an ele in the background. She returned again in the evening before losing her kill to a big tom leopard.
