I don’t know which I’m more excited about: the fact that I just ran the #RaceToDeliver 4-miler in 29:22 (a 7:21 pace and a big PR!) and felt happy and comfortable the entire time, or the fact that after a lifetime in nyrr Corral D, I got upgraded to Corral C! What a great morning on the run in centralparknyc!
