Six months ago, I was depressed. I was finally healthy and I’d just gone on this amazing trip, but I came back and all my stressors and anxieties were right where I left them. I broke down (ahem, Episode 57 of the Ali on the Run Show), I cried (a lot), I felt overwhelmed, and then I made myself move forward. I made a list of the areas in my life where I was unhappy, and made a list of how I’d spend my dream day. (I can’t quit ALL my lists.) And then I confronted my reality: I needed to make some changes. I needed to be OK with failure, should that happen. And I needed to do what made me happy. . What that looks like: The Ali on the Run Show. I launched this podcast as a fun hobby in February 2017.
