One year ago, I had the honor, pleasure, and privilege of interviewing nmoralesnbc for an episode of the Ali on the Run Show. It was a super exciting day for me — and at the end of the episode, Natalie complimented my interviewing and podcast skills. It boosted my confidence on a day when I needed it. I talked a lot about how great that afternoon was at 30 Rockefeller Plaza. What I didn’t brag about: the ferry ride into the city that morning, during which I had the worst Crohn’s experience of my life. (I’ll spare you the details, but it was horrible and embarrassing and ended with me running into a yoga studio to buy a change of clothes at 7 AM.)
